Avaya VoIP systems have come to revolutionize the way we do business and it has become safe to say that it is the backbone of any business when concerning customer service, quality, and support.

I upgraded my business to Avaya’s Voice over IP systems because it allowed me to connect two different site locations without having to incur the expenses of dialing out every time.

TeleOptions in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was able to provide the above solution to me. They are Avaya Business Partners and provided great customer service and even flew their technicians out to help me instead of just over the phone.

    Here is their information:

    Teleoptions Inc
    3540 West Prospect Road
    Suite 207
    Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

    Toll Free:1-877-597-9400
    Office: 954-486-9400

Just ask for Martin. He helped me with the entire system.

I just happened to stumble onto this thread and wanted to offer my services. I am a National Account Manager for NACR (North American Communications Resource) and we are a Platinum Business Partner as well as being Avaya’s largest Business Partner. We specialize in Avaya solutions, and work closely with many other strategic partners that allow us to deliver a true end to end solution.

Check out our website at http://www.nacr.com and feel free to contact me for more information. I can be reached at 800-431-1333, press 5 and say my name.

    Good Luck,
    Jason Dowell

The new systems by Avaya that are VoIP (Voice-Over-IP) are great for any size business.

To sell, a company must have completed extensive training and specialization of all of its IT employees before any Avaya products can be released to them.

Actually, the above response is really true. TeleOptions is an Avaya Business Partner and has become really well known in their customer service, support, and approach to designed custom solutions for businesses. I would recommend them as well to your business. Besides their level of reputation with end-users and Avaya, TeleOptions is most known for flying out their techs to the companies they serve. Andrew is the tech who headed the design, install, and configuration of our system here in Texas. Good luck with your VoIP system!
