What do you think is a good business to put up using VOIP?

Do you have any idea about a good business to put up online, particularly via VOIP? For example skype, windows live or gtalk? A good service to put up?

   Maybe something in the line of international conference facilitator mate? Have no other idea I can come up with now, but I will think in the line of trade with other countries where telecommunication is expensive – placing orders to China for factories, shipment confirmations…
